An enjoyable game saw Kildorrery winning on a 3 point margin at Ballyhea last Tuesday night. Kildorrery had 4 points on the board before Denny Mortell had Ballyhea's first goal in the 18th min. 4 mins later Denny added a second followed by a Derek Mackessey point to put us 2-1 to 0-6 ahead at half-time. The second half was evenly
contested with Kildorrery going 3 points ahead with 10 mins remaining
(1-8 to 2-2) but Denny Mortell crashed home his third goal followed by a Diarmuid O' Flynn point to put us 1 point ahead with 8 mins remaining.
But Kildorrery finished stong and 4 late points saw them winners after a lively game.
