Senior Hurling League BALLYHEA 0-14 MIDLETON 1-11 (12/07/02) Played At | Ballyhea. This entertaining league tie ended in a share of the spoils at Ballyhea last Friday Evening. Nothing separated the sides all through with the visitors leading 0-7 to 0-5 at half-time. Ballyhea hit a purple patch midway through the second-half with some excellent points from Ian Curtin (2), Sean Curtin (2), Ian Ronan and Darren Ronan to lead by 4 points 0-13 to 0-9 with 10 minutes remaining. Midleton goaled to regain the lead but a free from Ian Curtin in the final minute gave Ballyhea a deserved share of the spoils.
