This match was played in terrible weather conditions last Sunday as a young Doneraile side picked up the points. A Conor Condon goal after 20 minutes left just 2 points between the sides 1-2 to 1-0, but 7 points in the run up o half-time put Doneraile 1-9 to 1-1 ahead at the break. Ballyhea rallied well in the second half and Conor Condon's second goal gave us hope but Doneraile did not relinquish their lead and ran out 6 point winners.
