Our u-21s bowed out to Newtown at sundrenched Milford today. After a close first half a close in free ended up a Newtown goal and gave them a 1-10 to 0-5 lead at half time. Ballyhea tried valiantly in the second half but had no stroke of luck striking the post on 2 occassions and having a penalty saved late in the game. but Newtown's ability to strike long range points proved too much for our lads.
