Intermediate Liam Breathnach Cup Round 1 INNISCARRA 0-10 BALLYHEA 1-14. (21/03/04) Played At | Ballyanley. Our first competitive game in 24 years at intermediate level saw us defeat last years county intermediate finalists by 7 points at Ballyanley in poor weather conditions. Despite playing with the wind in the first have Ballyhea went in at half time level o-6 a piece. Ballyhea improved in the second half with some fine defensive play and some excellent scores. A goal from Jonathon "VINNY" O' Sullivan midway through the second half proved decisive. Ballyhea face neighbours Mallow at home next Sunday with the winners likely to qualify for the Semi Finals of this competition.
