North Cork Division 2 Junior Hurling League Round 1 Ballyhea 4-8 Charleville 2-15 Played in Ballyhea (31/03/09) After a tight encounter neighbours Charleville edged out victory in the opening round of the league last Tuesday night. Ballyhea led 2-3 to 1-4 at half time with goals from Ryan Hanley and Kevin Copps. Further goals from Kieran Morrissey and Timmy Shanahan were not enough to earn the spoils.
