Ballyhea GAA have undertaken a major building construction of dressing rooms, a covered hurling alley, public toilets, a referees room and an upstairs area suitable for a gym etc.. We  have secured a sports capital grant, a loan from Croke Park and a loan from Community Finance Ireland to finance the majority of this development. However, we also need to fund raise to meet the shortfall for this building. The committees have decided to fund raise with “buy a block to build the wall”. Blocks will be sold at €250 each and on completion of the building, a plaque will be erected with the names of all who contributed to this development. All of the Clubs loans for the previous developments have been cleared mainly due to your support for the Cork GAA Clubs Draw of which almost 50% of the funds from each ticket are returned to the club and this money is used solely for development. An open day to view the new development will take place on Sunday next July 23rd at 11.30 to 1.30. All welcome .
