History was made this weekend when the Ballyhea/Milford u-14 Camogie team captured the All Ireland Feile title. In a group with Eglish from Tyrone, Westport of Mayo and Grenagh , the girls win all 3 group games . Two on Friday evening at Ballyhea and 1 on Saturday morning at Milford . Then the quarter final was win in Mallow on Saturday evening. Sunday saw the girls travelling to the lovely grounds In Cloughdubh. In the semi final Blarney were defeated setting up a final on Sunday afternoon with Causeway of Kerry . Despite training 3-2 at half time a tremendous second half saw the local girls run winners 1-8 to 0-4. Great celebrations were held later that evening in Ballyhea followed by a parade in Miford on Sunday evening .Congrats to everyone involved on a tremendous achievement.
