Ballyhea picked up two more Senior league points today at Copper Alley, Youghal. Despite playing with the wind we were on level terms after 15 minutes 0-5 each. But we finished the half well with a goal from Gavin Morrissey in 17th minute and points from Pa O'Callaghan (3) and the Morrissey trio. John , Gavin and Kieran. Our defence was in excellent form with Barry Coleman, Eddie Rea and Michael Morrissey to the fore. James Hennessy was also making his first start this year lining out at midfield. At half time we led 1-11 to 0-5. We started the second half with two more points from Pa before Brendan Ring had a point for Youghal (their first in over 20 minutes).Ballyhea were comfortable all the way through with further points from Pa (4) and John Morrissey (2) to secure another win and now gives us a great chance of making the league play offs with 2 games to go,
